Hot Hatha
This is a specific series of hatha yoga postures practiced in a heated room with added humidity, practicing in these elements will leave you feeling rejuvenated and cleansed from the inside out. As the body sweats and our skin absorbs the humidity, toxins are released. Our studio uses Infra-red radiant heat panels to penetrate and relieve deeper into the joints promoting healing and providing pain relief. This is a great class for overall wellbeing.
Yin Yoga
Yin is practiced in a warm room to help facilitate the release of connective tissues and allow for a deeper stretch overall. Absolutely great for deep relaxation! It consists mostly of passive postures (sitting or lying) as well as restorative postures. These passive, restorative stretches are all done while on the floor and held for longer periods of time allowing the body to unwind and connective tissue to gently release as it likes.

Also known as flow yoga, because of the smooth transitions between postures can become more of a dance. Breath is the key component to this class, the instructor will que inhale and exhale as you flow through postures.
